Kai Liu graduated from Ocean University of China in 1993, majoring in international economics. He is CEO and founder of multiple investment firms. His business success covers the area of mining, retail, real estate, transport, finance, and tourism in the last 20 years. He is specialized in international investment & trading, including successful investment in Australia, Africa and Asia.
Frank Li – General Manager China Office
Frank Li was graduated from Shandong University of Finance and Economics major in finance and economy. He also obtained EMBA from Tsinghua University. After graduation Frank worked for a China-Korea joint venture enterprise involved in commodities trade with Chinese state-owned resource enterprise. Then he joined family enterprise, from where he achieved great sucesss in commodities trade and textile export.
Frank Li is member of metallurgical branch of China Council for Promtion of Interntional Trade ( CCPIT ). He is also member of Metallurgical Mines’Association of china (MMAC), and council member of Chinese textile enterprises association.
As HTL’s general manager of China office, Frank Li is managing promotion of HTL in China as well as marketing for HTL’s products such as ilmenite. He is in collaboration with investors, and also in charge of exploring oversea market and investigating new techniques.

Mr. Kuang has designed process plant for over 100 ilmenite mines that all achieved design production capacity.
